Malta | 2015



About 2 weeks ago, I went to the beautiful island of Malta with my family and stayed there for a week. We stayed in the town of Sliema with a beautiful sea view apartment. 

On day 2, we visited the capital city of Malta, Valletta. Since Malta is a very small island, it was incredibly easy to get to other parts of the island. Sliema ferry services was only a 5-10 minute walk away from our apartment so it was very convenient for our stay in Malta. Getting from Sliema to Valletta took less than 10 minutes and the boat ride was super fun!






The Blue Grotto is located on the south coast of Malta. It is a popular destination for tourists as it offers good food with stunning views. It is made up of a number of sea caves where people can go scuba-diving, snorkeling or even rock climbing. 




Another must-visit destination in Malta is the Blue Lagoon located in Comino. We took a cruise to Gozo, Comino and the Blue Lagoon. The water at the Blue Lagoon was crystal clear and the views were honestly breath-taking! It literally felt like paradise :)

The Acne Chart

Acne. It happens to everyone whether you're young or old, male or female. There are several factors that can trigger acne such as hormones, genetics, stress or a poor diet. 

Deep and inflamed acne



  • Do NOT touch!
  • Reduce swelling by applying tea tree oil or acne cream

Chin area



  • Caused by hormone imbalance ie. menstrual cycle
  • Compress with warm towel
  • Reduce stress - RELAX!

Along the cheeks



            • Clean your phone or pillow case regularly to reduce oil and bacteria
            • Wash make up brushes often



Forehead area


            • Stay hydrated, drink plenty of water!
            • Could be due to irregular sleeping patterns or stress
            • Add more antioxidant foods to your diet ie. broccoli, nuts, whole grains, etc.


The nose


            • Exfoliate area or try nose strips to remove dirt which can clog your pores and lead to spots
            • Avoid too much salt
            • May be caused by stress so RELAX!


Upper lip


          • Try to eat fresh food with high fibers ie. fruit and veg
          • Do NOT touch as it can easily get inflamed!
          • Drink more water
          • Eliminate greasy foods/fast food from diet


Here are some of the reasons why you may be getting acne. Try to drink more water and have a healthy diet. Remember to wash your face every day to get rid of excess oil which may clog your pores and lead to spots and do daily exercise! Everyone's skin is different but these are general tips that will improve your complexion and health.

Spain and Barcelona | 2014










Last Summer, I went to Spain for just over a week with my family. The last time I went on a holiday where I could actually take time off and relax was quite a few years ago so I was super excited for this holiday as it was the perfect opportunity to relax and explore!
We stayed in Salou which is approximately 10 km from Tarragona and Reus on the Costa Daurada and 112 km from Barcelona. Since it was so close to Barcelona, we decided to visit Barcelona for the day to explore the beautiful city. The views were incredible, the food was amazing and the people were so lovely. I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed my holiday :)
